About company

Our Company was established in 2013 as a legal person in Estonia.
Main types of activity:
Metalworks, big scale concreting works, and general construction works.

Our employees accomplish orders in Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway. All our employees are high level specialists. They have had respective training and have Certificates of European standard confirming the training. Major part of our employees are EU citizens.

Company AnDi retro OÜ is the official employer. All the taxes for the worker, including social taxes, are paid by our Company. We provide our partners with European certificate А1/Е101 for each employee that guarantees payment of taxes by our Company in Estonia. This model of co-operation releases our partners from the necessity to pay taxes for the employees.

Our services

WELDERS:

Our welders carry out works on assembling and welding works of any complexity level upon order of industrial enterprises and construction sector. All our welders have EU Certificate.
We use uniform welding procedures: 111, 131, 135, 136, 141. We provide welding works on all the types of conventional materials: ferrous metals, unstainable metals, acid-proof metals, heat-proof metals and aluminium.

PAINTERS AND SANDBLAST OPERATORS:

Our employees clean metal structures with sand blasting and shot blasting machines. Further painting of the structures is carried out with micron-accurate precision.

TURNERS — MILLING MACHINE OPERATORS:

Our turners work with modern programmable lathes; however, they are trained to work with conventional manually-operated lathes as well. They manufacture parts of any size and any complexity.









CONCRETERS:

Highly qualified concreters with long-term experience work in our company. Our concrete placing crew carries out works of high complexity, applying unique methods of concreting. Some of the methods were being applied for the first time in the Baltic States.

ROOFING WORKERS - SHEET METAL WORKERS:

Our roofing workers have been covering sheet metal roofs of Stockholm for 4 years already applying double welt method. We dare to say that our clients appreciate our sheet metal workers more than the local ones.

SPECIALISTS IN INTERIOR FINISHING:

Our team includes specialists in various fields of interior finishing: carpenters, painters, plasterboard installers, electricians, tile setters and plumbers. We are ready to provide you with a full list of interior finishing works .

Our company

Our company co-operates with Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (Eesti Töötukassa). As the result of this co-operation we hire unemployed people and give job to physically disabled people.

We are members in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Estonia (Eesti Kaubandus-Tööstuskoda).
